Choices
We all have the freedom to choose. We can choose where we want to work, live, play. We can choose our life Partners, we can even choose life or death. In Deuteronomy 30: 19-20 it talks about the choices God has given us. A choice of life and prosperity ( good) and death and adversity (evil) and he makes it very clear the pros and the cons of choosing one or the other. No coercion, it's like here it is, now choose!
You see, God wants us to enter into a covenantal relationship with him. He wants us to "choose" life, but a Covenant of Love must be chosen not forced! Therefore, he gives us the power to choose to reject his love! ... drop the mic right there!!! Are you kidding me? You mean to tell me that our Lord and savior loves us so much that he won't fight you for your love but will fight for you because of his love for you and will Empower you to make the choice for yourself? And you know what else is so amazing to me, He will be right there with open arms, ready to forgive and welcome us back into his breast when we realize that we made the wrong choice. Do yourself a favor and say yes to God's invitation! choose life! Choose Love! and enter into a eternal Covenantal relationship with the Lord! Amen
