Divorcing your sense of security from a dollar $ign!
Security doesn't come from money, it comes from God.
" Which of you by worrying can add 1 cubit to his stature?" Matt. 6:27
" But seek 1st the Kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you." Matt 6:33
By his Providence, he orders and arranges every detail; time, place, manner, of our lives. Try as we may, our efforts to care for or depend on our own will avails nothing. It is our duty to depend on him period.
We can't add not one day to our lives by worrying. So let it go and let God! The weight of anxiety is purely secular and physical. Don't sweat the small stuff, God will handle the great and the small. Just place your focus on him ( Seek him 1st). You see, when you focus on him there is no room for worry, no room for stress. Make room for him and he will make room for you.
Don't be so caught up in the getting that you can't respond to God's giving!
And lastly please don't get that ugly disease called FOMO ( fear of missing out). Don't worry about missing out on a thing. Everything that you're supposed to know and be a part of will not pass you by. All of your everyday human concerns will be met.
Thus sayeth the Lord! Jehovah- jireh, your one and only provider!
