Are you building on sand or Solid Rock?
In our lives and with time we will come against storms that will shake us to our very foundation. It is then that we will prove the strength of our foundation. Is our foundation built on sand or on solid rock? Suggestion; Test it often! Test it now!
How do we test it? By being hearers and doers of God's word. It's not enough to just read God's word, we also have to put action behind it. If not, we're surely building our house on sand and great will be our fall!
I don't believe that we intentionally build on a weak foundation. I think we just don't put the thought needed behind it. We are unintentionally inconsiderate. We look AT the foundation instead of looking INTO the foundation.
You want to Dig Deep when laying your foundation (the ROCK). Make sure that you have Basic foundational truths under your feet so that when the wind and rains come (as you know they surely will) You can stand in the storm.
Now once you've built your house on the "Solid Rock", go ahead, paint, hang curtains, put up pretty pictures, decorate it, make it nice and comfy because you know you've built it on a obedience to truth not a consent to truth! Amen somebody!!!🙋♀️🙋♀️🙋♀️
