Stillness
"Be still and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the Earth~ psalm 46:10"
As we begin this new month of back to school, work, ect. let us not get so hurried, going about our daily routine before taking a little time to be still.
Settle yourself in his presence. Commune (communicate) with him and he will put his thoughts in your mind. You'll find your day will run much smoother and be more productive and when you come up against a challenge, he would have already prepared you for it because, of course he already knew it would happen, and you will have the strength and wisdom to get through it!
Remember, a refreshed, revitalized mind only comes when you "Be still" and acknowledge and respect the power that lives in and through you!
