These 2 things I know; (1) Longing for pleasure leads to disobedience and rejection of God. (2) To depart from God is spiritual adultery.
You see, you can't serve 2 masters. The incongruity of divided loyalty will have you out here jacked up! Pick a side! And by the looks of it, you may want to lean to the side of the creator. It's tricky out here y'all! The word is clear and says this;
Moreover, understand this: in the acharit-hayamim( the end times) will come trying times. People will be self-loving, money-loving, proud, arrogant, insulting, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, uncontrolled, brutal, hateful of good, traitorous, headstrong, swollen with conceit, loving pleasure rather than God, as they retain the outer form of religion but deny its power. Stay away from these people!
